Our role is to help you compare options and to arrange bookings with those suppliers on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any travel provider, booking platform or government agency, and we are not a consumer protection body.

Airline, hotel, cruise line and other travel brand names, logos and trademarks that appear anywhere on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are referenced solely for identification, comparison and informational purposes.

Prices, taxes, fees, schedules and availability are set and changed by the underlying suppliers, not by us. They can change at any time and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and the supplier has issued a confirmation or booking reference.

Any figure shown or quoted on this site is an indication based on what was available to us at that moment. We do not advertise or promise a "lowest price", "best fare" or "guaranteed lowest rate" outcome.

Hotel and destination listings shown in our search results are drawn from public map and directory data. They tell you that a property exists and where it is. They are not live inventory, and they do not include rates, availability or ratings.

A property appearing in a listing is not an offer and does not mean we can book it, that it has rooms free, or that any particular price applies. Request a property and one of our agents will confirm what is genuinely available, and at what cost, before you commit to anything.

We are compensated for arranging travel. Depending on the booking this may be a service fee charged to you, a commission paid by the supplier, or both. Where a service fee applies to your booking it will be disclosed to you before you are asked to pay, and it is separate from the supplier's own charges.

Service fees cover our work in arranging and servicing the booking. They are generally non-refundable even where the supplier refunds its portion — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
