Yes, in most cases. Special meal requests and accessibility accommodations can be added to an existing booking up to 24–48 hours before departure, depending on the airline. We recommend calling as early as possible to ensure your request is processed before check-in opens.
Airlines send schedule change notifications to the email address on file. We also recommend calling us closer to your travel date to confirm your itinerary has not changed. If a schedule change has been issued, we will advise you on your options — including free rebooking or a refund if the change is significant.
Yes. Call us with your booking reference and your frequent flyer membership number and we will add it to your reservation. Note that miles posting is controlled by the operating airline — we can add the number to your reservation but cannot guarantee retroactive miles credit once travel is completed.
