Our travel assistance line is open Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to midnight Central Time. Email messages are answered within one business day.

What to have ready

• For a new trip: your dates, destinations, traveler count, and any preferences or budget.
• For an existing booking: your booking reference or confirmation number and the name on the booking.
• For a change or cancellation: the above, plus what you’d like to change and your preferred new dates if applicable.

Worldz Travel LLC is an independent travel assistance service. We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line, or rail operator, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any travel brand. The provider that operates your travel is named on your booking and serves you under its own terms. A service fee applies to our assistance and is disclosed before any transaction.
