Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 1, 2026 | WorldzTravel.com
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WorldzTravel.com and all flight booking services provided through this platform. By accessing this website or contacting us by phone to make a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.
1. About Our Service
WorldzTravel.com is owned and operated by Worldz Travel LLC, a US-registered travel services company (EIN: 934398042 | ITIN: 991-98-8132) headquartered in the United States. All flight bookings and travel services are fulfilled exclusively by Worldz Travel LLC. We are an independent travel agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline. All airline names and trademarks used on this website belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only.
2. Our Role as Travel Intermediary
We act solely as an independent booking intermediary between you and the operating airline. We do not own aircraft, operate airline routes, or control schedules, baggage handling, in-flight services, or any other aspect of air transportation. All carriage services are provided by the airline named on your issued ticket under that airline's own Conditions of Carriage. By completing a booking with us, you also agree to be bound by the applicable airline's conditions, fare rules, and policies.
3. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are made by calling our toll-free number (888) 778-0736. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You must provide complete and accurate passenger information for all travellers — including full legal names as they appear on travel documents, dates of birth, and valid contact details.
- A booking is confirmed only when full payment or an authorised deposit has been received and a booking reference number or e-ticket has been issued to you.
- You are responsible for verifying all booking details — names, dates, routes, cabin class, and fare conditions — before confirming. Corrections made after ticketing may be subject to airline fees and our amendment service fee.
- By completing a booking, you confirm that all passengers whose data is provided have consented to its collection and use for reservation and travel fulfilment purposes.
4. Fares and Pricing
- All fares are subject to real-time airline availability. A quoted fare is not guaranteed until full payment is received and the ticket is issued.
- Quoted fares include the base airline fare and applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated. Baggage fees, seat selection charges, and onboard service fees are governed by the airline's current published policies.
- Basic Economy, promotional, and deeply discounted fares may be entirely non-refundable and non-changeable. These restrictions are always communicated to you before your booking is confirmed.
- Our service fees are charged in addition to the airline fare and are non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Prices shown on this website are indicative only and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Payment, Currency & Billing
- Accepted payment methods: Major US-issued and international credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, US-based payment gateways.
- Currency: All charges are billed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer will convert the charge at its prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from the rate displayed on our website. Any foreign-transaction or cross-border fees levied by your issuer are your responsibility.
- Authorization: By submitting payment details, you authorize Worldz Travel LLC and its designated payment processor to charge the agreed amount for your booking, all applicable airline fares, government taxes, and our service fees. You confirm that you are the lawful cardholder, or that you have the cardholder's express authorization to use the card for this transaction.
- Confirmation of booking: A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and a booking reference number / e-ticket has been issued.
- Statement descriptor: Charges will appear on your card statement as "WORLDZ TRAVEL", "WORLDZTRAVEL.COM", or as the descriptor used by our designated US-based payment processor.
- Sales tax: Government taxes and airline-imposed fees are collected as required by US federal law and the laws of the relevant jurisdictions and remitted in accordance with applicable rules.
- Failed or declined payments: If your card is declined, your booking will not be ticketed. We may retry authorization or contact you for an alternative payment method. Any quoted fare is held only until ticketing.
5a. Card Network Compliance
Worldz Travel LLC processes card transactions in accordance with the operating rules and regulations of the major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and applicable US federal laws including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA), the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA). Cardholders retain all rights afforded under those laws, including the right to dispute unauthorized or erroneous charges with their card issuer.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
- Travel Documents: You must carry a valid passport or accepted government-issued ID valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Requirements vary by destination.
- Visas and Entry Requirements: You are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, Electronic Travel Authorisations (ETAs, ESTAs), and entry permits for every country on your itinerary, including transit countries. We do not provide immigration or visa advice.
- Check-In Times: You must comply with airline check-in deadlines. Failure to check in on time may result in denied boarding without refund.
- Baggage: You are responsible for complying with the airline's baggage allowances and restrictions. We are not liable for baggage fees or issues arising during travel.
- Health Requirements: You must verify and comply with all applicable health and vaccination requirements imposed by the airline or destination countries.
- Name Accuracy: The name on your ticket must match your travel document exactly. Corrections discovered after ticketing may be subject to airline fees and our amendment service fee.
7. Shipping (Electronic Delivery), Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are airline tickets and related travel services, delivery is fully electronic — there is no physical shipping. E-tickets and itineraries are emailed to the address you provide, typically within 30 minutes of payment capture and in any case within 24 hours subject to airline ticketing systems. Delivery is provided at no additional cost.
All changes and cancellations are governed by the airline's fare rules and our applicable service fees. Please refer to our Shipping & Return (Refund) Policy for full details. Key points:
- Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. Where available, we will identify alternative options such as travel credits or date changes.
- Refundable fares are subject to airline cancellation penalties that increase as the departure date approaches.
- Changes to travel dates, routes, or passenger names may incur airline change fees plus our amendment service fee.
- All change and cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure. We cannot process requests for flights that have already departed.
- Approved refunds are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at booking, in US Dollars.
8. Airline-Initiated Schedule Changes
Airlines may modify or cancel flights due to operational requirements, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or other factors outside their control. If a significant schedule change or cancellation occurs, we will notify you and assist in identifying available options, which may include rebooking, a travel credit, or a refund in line with airline policy and applicable law. We accept no liability for airline-initiated changes.
9. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for a scheduled flight without advance cancellation (a "no-show") typically results in full forfeiture of the ticket value under most airline policies. We strongly encourage you to contact us as early as possible if your plans change — even a last-minute cancellation before departure may preserve some residual value under certain fare types.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. We suggest coverage including trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical care abroad, missed connections, and baggage loss or delay. We do not sell, arrange, or underwrite travel insurance. The decision to obtain coverage is entirely your responsibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorldzTravel.com and Worldz Travel LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or missed connections caused by airlines or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss of personal property, travel documents, or baggage during travel.
- Personal injury, illness, or death during air travel.
- Denied boarding or entry due to a passenger's failure to hold required documentation.
- Additional costs arising from force majeure events including pandemics, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or acts of terrorism.
- Errors in information provided by airlines, global distribution systems, or third-party data sources.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid by you for the specific booking in question.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to the operating company. Airline names, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used solely for route and carrier identification. No affiliation with or endorsement by any airline is intended or implied.
13. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you have a billing concern, you must first contact Worldz Travel LLC at (888) 778-0736 or support@worldztravel.com to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all good-faith billing inquiries promptly. Chargebacks filed for transactions that were properly authorized, ticketed, and delivered may be contested with the card networks using full supporting documentation, including booking records, ticketing receipts, e-ticket delivery confirmations, call recordings, and any written authorizations. Cardholders retain all rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and applicable card-network rules.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Worldz Travel LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions) under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the competent state or federal courts of that jurisdiction. Federal consumer-protection rights, including those under the FCBA and EFTA, are not waived by this clause.
15. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at worldztravel.com/terms-and-conditions.html. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
