We help you reserve a rental car, adjust dates, and manage cancellations. The rental company supplies the vehicle under its own rental agreement.

Car rental pricing depends on vehicle class, pickup location, length of rental, and the coverage you choose — and the terms around fuel, mileage, and young-driver fees can be easy to miss. We help you compare options and reserve the vehicle that fits, with the terms explained up front.

We are an independent assistance service and do not own or operate any rental fleet. Your vehicle is provided by the rental company under its rental agreement, which you sign at pickup; we help you arrange and manage the reservation.

Our assistance fee is separate from the rental rate and always confirmed before payment. You approve the full total before anything is charged.

Adjusting pickup or drop-off times, or switching vehicle class? We check availability and confirm any rate change before adjusting your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

We process cancellations per the rental company’s policy. Prepaid rates may carry a penalty; pay-at-counter reservations are usually cancellable — we flag which is which.

Vehicle Upgrades

Where the company offers an upgrade to a larger or premium vehicle, we check availability and cost so you can decide before pickup.

Coverage Options

We explain the coverage and protection options the rental company offers so you can choose knowingly. We do not sell insurance ourselves.

Driver & Location Details

Additional drivers, one-way rentals, and specific pickup locations — we set up the reservation with the details and note any associated fees.

What our assistance costs

Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the price charged by the travel provider. Every fee below is confirmed verbally and in writing before we process any payment. You are never charged more than the amount you approve.

Rental rates, taxes, location surcharges, fuel and mileage charges, young-driver fees, and any prepaid-rate penalties are set by the rental company and are additional to our assistance fee. Exact amounts are confirmed before payment.

Modifying an existing booking

To change a car reservation, call us with your booking details. We’ll check availability for your new dates or vehicle class, confirm any rate difference, and adjust the reservation with your approval. Prepaid reservations may have stricter change terms, which we’ll explain first.

Cancellations

Cancelling and requesting a refund

Pay-at-counter reservations are usually cancellable without penalty up to pickup; prepaid rates may carry a cancellation fee. We tell you which applies, submit the cancellation, and pursue any refund due. Our assistance fees are separate, per our Refund Policy.

Upgrades

Upgrading your experience

If the rental company has a larger or premium vehicle available, we’ll check the upgrade cost so you can decide in advance rather than at the counter. Upgrades are subject to the company’s availability at pickup.
