We help you plan and book rail journeys in the U.S. and Europe, including passes and point-to-point tickets, and manage them afterward. The rail operator provides your journey.
Rail booking has its own quirks — seat reservations, rail passes, class of service, and operator-specific change rules that differ between Amtrak and Europe’s many carriers. We help you navigate them and book the right ticket or pass for your route.
We are an independent assistance service. We do not own or operate any railway. Your journey is provided by the rail operator (such as Amtrak, or a European carrier) under that operator’s conditions; we help you arrange and service the booking.
Our assistance fee is separate from the fare and always confirmed before payment. You approve the full total — ticket or pass price plus our fee — before anything is charged.
Call us and a U.S.-based assistant will walk through options, provider prices, and our service fee before anything is booked.

To change a rail booking, call us with your booking details. We’ll check the operator’s rules for your fare or pass, confirm any change fee or fare difference, and proceed only with your approval. Saver and advance fares may be non-changeable, which we’ll tell you before you decide.
Refund eligibility on rail tickets depends on the fare type and operator. Flexible fares are often refundable up to departure; advance or saver fares may not be. We explain your position, submit the cancellation, and pursue any eligible refund. Our assistance fees are separate, per our Refund Policy.
Where the operator offers a higher class — Business, First, Acela First, or a sleeping accommodation — we check availability and cost so you can upgrade. Availability is controlled by the operator; we arrange it on your approval.
