A bespoke package is more than one booking: it’s a set of separate services — flights, hotels, rail, transfers, tours — that have to fit together. We help you design the itinerary, coordinate each provider, and keep the pieces aligned, so a change to one part doesn’t quietly break another.

We are an independent assistance service. We don’t operate flights, hotels, trains, or tours ourselves; each is provided by its own operator under that operator’s terms. What we provide is the planning and coordination, plus ongoing help managing the package.

Each component carries its own provider cost and its own rules. We present the full itinerary with every line item, plus our coordination fee, before any payment. You approve the total before anything is booked.

What our assistance costs

Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the price charged by the travel provider. Every fee below is confirmed verbally and in writing before we process any payment. You are never charged more than the amount you approve.

Modifying an existing booking

Because a package is several bookings, a change to one part can affect others — a later flight may shift a hotel night or a transfer. Call us and we’ll map the knock-on effects, confirm each provider’s change fee, and adjust the itinerary only once you’ve approved the full revised cost.

Cancellations

Cancelling and requesting a refund

Each component cancels under its own provider’s rules, so a package rarely has a single refund figure. We break down the refund position for every part — what’s refundable, what’s a credit, what’s forfeited — and process the cancellations you decide to make. Our coordination and assistance fees are separate, per our Refund Policy.

Upgrades

Upgrading your experience

We can upgrade individual parts of your package — a premium cabin, a better room category, a higher tour tier — subject to each provider’s availability. We check options across the itinerary and price them so you can choose where an upgrade is worth it.
