We are an independent assistance service. We don’t operate flights, hotels, trains, or tours ourselves; each is provided by its own operator under that operator’s terms. What we provide is the planning and coordination, plus ongoing help managing the package.
Each component carries its own provider cost and its own rules. We present the full itinerary with every line item, plus our coordination fee, before any payment. You approve the total before anything is booked.

Each component cancels under its own provider’s rules, so a package rarely has a single refund figure. We break down the refund position for every part — what’s refundable, what’s a credit, what’s forfeited — and process the cancellations you decide to make. Our coordination and assistance fees are separate, per our Refund Policy.
We can upgrade individual parts of your package — a premium cabin, a better room category, a higher tour tier — subject to each provider’s availability. We check options across the itinerary and price them so you can choose where an upgrade is worth it.
