To change a hotel reservation, call us with your confirmation details. We’ll check whether your rate allows changes, confirm any cost difference and the property’s terms, and apply the change only with your approval. Non-refundable rates may not be changeable — we’ll tell you before you decide.

Whether a refund is available depends on the rate you booked: refundable rates are typically returnable up to the property’s deadline, while non-refundable rates generally are not.
