We are an independent assistance service. We do not own or operate hotels. Your stay is provided by the property under its own terms; we help you arrange and manage the reservation.

Our service fee is always separate from the room rate and is confirmed before payment. You approve the full total — room plus taxes plus our fee — before anything is charged.

What our assistance costs

Our service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the price charged by the travel provider. Every fee below is confirmed verbally and in writing before we process any payment. You are never charged more than the amount you approve.

Modifying an existing booking

To change a hotel reservation, call us with your confirmation details. We’ll check whether your rate allows changes, confirm any cost difference and the property’s terms, and apply the change only with your approval. Non-refundable rates may not be changeable — we’ll tell you before you decide.

Cancellations

Cancelling and requesting a refund

You can request a cancellation any time. Whether a refund is available depends on the rate you booked: refundable rates are typically returnable up to the property’s deadline, while non-refundable rates generally are not. We explain your position and submit the request. Our assistance fees are separate, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Upgrades

Upgrading your experience

If the property offers an upgraded room or package, we’ll check availability and the additional cost. Upgrades are granted at the property’s discretion; we help arrange them but cannot guarantee a specific room.
