We help you compare itineraries, complete a booking, and manage it afterward. We are an independent assistance service — the airline you fly is always the carrier named on your ticket.
Searching across airlines and routes is time-consuming, and post-booking changes can be confusing. Our role is to do that legwork with you: we look at the options, explain the trade-offs in plain terms, and complete the booking only once you have approved the total cost — provider fare plus our service fee.
We do not own or operate aircraft and we are not an airline. Your contract of carriage is with the operating airline, under that airline’s own fare rules and conditions. What we provide is help arranging and servicing the reservation.
Before any payment is taken, you will hear the full breakdown: the airline’s fare, applicable taxes, and our separate assistance fee. Nothing is charged until you say yes.
Call us and a U.S.-based assistant will walk through options, provider prices, and our service fee before anything is booked.
(888) 778-0736 ✉ support@worldztravel.comOne-way, round-trip, and multi-city itineraries on domestic and international routes. We present fare options side by side and explain fare-class restrictions before you decide.
Need a different day or routing? We check availability, calculate the airline’s change fee plus any fare difference, and proceed only with your approval.
We submit your cancellation to the airline and pursue any refund or travel credit your fare allows. Refund eligibility is set by the airline’s fare rules, not by us.
Where the airline offers paid or award upgrades on your route, we check availability and pricing so you can compare premium economy, business, and first.
Minor spelling corrections are handled per the airline’s policy. We tell you up front whether a correction is possible or whether a rebooking is required.
If the airline changes your schedule, we explain your entitlements — rebooking or refund — and process the option you choose.
| Request type | What we do | What the airline controls |
|---|---|---|
| New booking | Compare fares, explain rules, complete booking on your approval | Fare price, availability, fare conditions |
| Change | Check options, confirm all fees, apply change once approved | Change fee, fare difference, whether change is allowed |
| Cancellation | Submit request, pursue eligible refund or credit | Refund eligibility, penalty, processing time |
| Upgrade | Find availability and price, arrange on your approval | Upgrade inventory, award space, pricing |
To change a flight, call us with your booking reference. We’ll review your fare rules, check availability for your new dates or route, and tell you the airline’s change fee, any fare difference, and our amendment assistance fee. We never apply a change until you have agreed to the full cost. Some discounted and Basic Economy fares cannot be changed at all — if that is the case, we’ll say so clearly.
You can ask us to cancel at any time before departure. We’ll explain what your fare allows — a refund, an airline travel credit, or recovery of government taxes only — before we act. Refund timelines are set by the airline and typically run 7–20 business days after approval. Our assistance fees are separate and are described in our Refund Policy.
If your route and fare class permit an upgrade, we’ll check what’s available and what it costs, whether paid or through airline miles. Availability is controlled entirely by the airline; we help you find and arrange it but cannot guarantee a specific seat or award space.
